I will share some exercises that will help build muscle and “tone” the area referred to as “bra bulge” (aka chest and back) BUT 🛑 There is no way to SPOT REDUCE fat. In other words, you cannot get rid of an area of fat through targeted exercises alone!!!

Here’s how FAT LOSS is done: you have to reduce your overall body fat through healthy eating (a caloric deficit), strength training, and a little supplemental cardio.

We all have areas we want to change, and STUBBORN fat. 🤷🏼‍♀️ And that’s different for everyone’s body! But the facts for anyone are: 🚫You cannot spot reduce fat. 🚫You cannot control where you lose fat from. It happens from all over your body and in a different order than the next person!

🚫^^ AKA: You can’t control what fat goes first. “Spot reduction” is a myth. Some people might lose from their upper body right away, and their legs are more stubborn, maybe they can lose from everyone except their midsection takes longer... etc.

Here’s what you CAN control:

❇️Your DIET! Fat loss requires a calorie deficit. So clean that diet up and start tracking your calories with an easy to use app on your iPhone!

❇️Strength training! Choose moves that will help strengthen and develop dense muscle in the areas you’d like to change! Muscle is more dense than fat AKA it takes up less space. So If your diet is on point and you’re melting away that layer of fat on top of the muscle, you will really like the result!

❇️Cardio. If you need a little extra push to reach that calorie deficit do some HIIT cardio! Thats quick and highly effective cardio that won’t burn up too much of your hard earned muscle!

Start with two dumbbells that are comfortable enough to do each move with proper form yet heavy enough to challenge you.

Aim for 3 sets of each exercise— each set consisting of 10-15 reps!

I know, we all want quick results but fat loss takes TIME! Do the things I mentioned above and trust the process! It will happen, you CAN do it!!🙌🏼🔥
